How does customer support work?

You’ll have access to your dedicated Success Team for the hours you allocate, up to 8 hours a day. Communication is seamless through our Client Dashboard on Microsoft Teams, along with Email, Slack, and Voxer for added convenience. Our team responds within minutes, ensuring quick and efficient support. Need additional assistance? Your Success Coach or Director of Operations is always ready to help.

Can you use the software I already use?

Yes, in most cases, we seamlessly integrate with your existing software. However, if a more efficient solution is available, we may recommend a streamlined alternative.

Where will my Virtual Assistant be from?

Your Virtual Assistant will be from our pool of highly skilled professionals, primarily based in the Philippines, known for their strong English proficiency, excellent work ethic, and experience in administrative support.

Does my monthly payment include everything?

Your monthly payment covers your Virtual Assistant’s hours based on your selected package. It includes time tracking software and screen monitoring for accountability.Additional software purchases, call center hours, or other services we offer will be billed separately.

What does unlimited work mean if I only have 160 hours of time per month?

You can assign as much work as needed within your assistant’s daily hours. Task completion speed depends on factors like task complexity, workload, and the nature of the work assigned.

How do i share my login credentials without actually exposing my usernames and passwords?

You can securely share login credentials without revealing usernames or passwords by using a password manager that grants access while keeping login details hidden.

What are you operating hours?

Our standard working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, but you can choose the hours that best fit your needs. All hours must be consecutive within a 24-hour period, as we do not allow split shifts. If you require a Virtual Assistant for more than 8 hours per day, or need call center or answering services, additional fees apply.

What is your cancelation policy?

To ensure a smooth transition, we require a 60-day written notice for cancellations. Your service will continue through the notice period, and billing will be processed as usual until the end of the 60 days. Early termination or failure to provide notice may result in a final charge equal to the remaining service period. This policy allows us to properly offboard your account, transition work, and ensure continuity of service.

What payment methods do you accept?
